Recruitment Consultant


Job Responsibilities

  • • Assist in recruitment process
    • Prepare job advertisement, web posting, and other materials
    • Search for candidates both in internal and external sources/databases
    • Screening CVs based on the role profile
    • Manage preliminary interview (both by phone or face-to-face interview) and deliver the result clearly and objectively to the user
    • Help arrange candidate’s interview schedule with user or career adviser.
    • Respond to incoming e-mail inquiries
    • Data entry and general administrative tasks
    • Receiving calls and transferring calls to related party
    • Making daily reports

Job Requirements

  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in Psychology/ Communication major (any other major are considered)
  • At least 1-year experience as a Recruiter or related area, Final year students or Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Communicative in English is a must, proficient in others language (Mandarin, Japanese) is a plus
  • Highly motivated, self-drive and full of initiative
  • Ability to work in a tight deadline and result-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a good knowledge of Psychological Test Kit is a Plus
  • Able to use MS Office (word, excel, power point) application
  • Accustomed to using social media
  • Able to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks in a startup environment
